We can pick you up anytime from 8:30 am (or 9am for pick ups in Mai Khao and Nai Thon).

as we are unable to confirm same day or next day bookings online. We check our email once or twice a day only.

For Bookings: Please email us the necessary info. Please provide us your name, hotel, day and time you wish to be picked up, room number if you know it and how many people. For next day and same day bookings please call us as we are not near a computer all day. Click Here.

No deposit, pay when you get here. We accept cash only.
If it is raining you can reschedule, no problem.

We use a private vehicle and can pick you up anytime that is convenient for you, we are flexible and there are no schedules. Just let us know what time and day, pick ups start at 8:30am (or 9am for pick ups in Mai Khao and Nai Thon).

Trekking Routes	20 minute trek - yellow	600 THB per person

	Children 4 - 11 years old half price, Children under 4 free of charge Please note we have fixed prices in order to be fair to everyone. We do not have double pricing; we charge the same for foreigners and Thais, tourist and locals,large groups and singles. We appreciate your understanding. The first trek starts at 08:30 and the last trek ends at 17:30 hrs. (example: the last 50 min trek would begin about 4:30) We recommend pregnant women not to trek and we do not allow this for your own safety!

We charge the following rates for pick up in other areas.
Our rates are much less then local transport associations.
Rates are per round trip transfer per vehicle (not per person).
For large groups we can use mini vans to accommodate the group.
(please note these rates are for round trip transfers and are about 50% less then the standard rates offered by other transport associations in Phuket). We use a private vehicle for each booking.

Chalong	300	Deep See Port	Currently we are not accepting bookings for pick ups for guests coming off cruise ships in the deep sea port due to the fact that the local transport associations do not allow us to wait in the same area as they are permitted to.

We are located in the south of Phuket, about 50 minutes from the Airport.

You can schedule a pick-up in advance, a few days before or even the same day, however we recommended at least one day notice. For same day and next day best to call 084 84 19794, we speak English.

Best to call us direct as we do not work with tour desk in hotels or on the street and sometimes agents do not put the calls through to us. Also sometimes taxis take guests to other safaris even if they request Kok Chang.

If you would like to make a booking by email please let us know:

1. Day and time - we re open from 8:30 - 5:30 and can pick you up anytime you like. There are no set times. Just let us know in the email, no need to ask.

2. What hotel: Free pick up in some areas. For rates see above. Lower then local transport associations.

3. Room number if you know already, if not please send it to us if possible as it makes it easier with the front desk when we come. If you can not email us your room number after you arrive no problem.

4. How many people so we know whether to send a car or our mini-van to accommodate your group.

If you don't get through the first time please try again a few minutes later as sometimes we don't have a strong signal in the jungle.

Please note we do not use agents/tour desk. If you use a taxi, or tuk-tuk to reach us please insist on coming to Kok Chang Safari and make sure you see our logo when you arrive so you know you are at the correct elephant trekking camp.

If you come by your own transport make sure you insist on coming to Kok Chang and look for our sign with this logo.
